Tariff covers per day from 10:00 AM to 10:00 AM
next day for couple, or a part thereof. All rooms are fully furnished with
bed and lines, attached bath with modern sanitary fittings. All rooms are
fitted with Intercom Systems. Extra one adult guest is allowed in a Double
Bed Room at a charge of Rs.550/- for Non AC and Rs.550/ for AC Room per
day. Complimentary Breakfast will be given.
Guest above 10 years of age will be considered
as an adult Guest.
For any loss or damage of articles supplied,
the cost thereof will be recouped from the occupiers as per price List
available at the hotel counter.
Full payment of accommodation charges are
liable to be realised against all advance bookings af the Hotel.
Extension of booking is allowed subject to
availability of Rooms/ Suites.
No articles including Bed Linens, Towels,
Chairs etc. should be taken outside the Hotel Campus.
Relatives of guest are not allowed inside the
Rooms/Suite after 8 PM
Plucking of fruits or flowers
within the premises is prohibited and penalized.
Please note applicable Government
taxes are subject to change without prior notice.
After check-in, no changes will
be accepted. Prepaid rates will attract full stay retention in case the
guest checks out before the scheduled date of departure.
For Security purpose you will be
requested to provide Government or State-issued photo ID at check-in.
To maintain the decorum the
guests are requested not to move around in their swimming costumes in
public areas.
The management accepts no responsibility for
any Cash, Jewellery, Cheque or other articles of value of the occupants.
Pet Animals are allowed subject to prior
permission from the management.
Satellite Cable ( TATA SKY, D2H) T.V is
provided in Specified Rooms only.
Please Demand Bill against each payment.

Cancellation / Modification Policy
·If a ticket is
presented for cancellation more than two days (48hours) in advance of the
check-in date/time, cancellation charge shall be deducted at the flat rate of
10% on ticket value
·If the ticket is
presented for cancellation within two days (48 hours) in advance and up to one
day (24 hours) before the check-in date/time, cancellation charges shall be
deducted at a rate of 20% on the ticket value.
·If the ticket is
presented for cancellation within one day (24 hours) in advance before the
check-in date/time, cancellation charges shall be deducted at a rate of 50% on
the ticket value.
·No refunds shall be
allowed if the ticket is surrendered for cancellation within a check-in
date/time or after check-in date/time.
·Preponement /
Postponement is allowed only for one time subject to room availability. You can postpone your
stay within a months from the date of cancellation based on the availability of
rooms with no cost.
